Thank you very much. The information was beneficial. I'm a student myself and have dealt with depressive states, it's a horrible experience, but thank goodness it's all over now. Depression is a condition where you don't know what's going on with you. A friend of mine in that state started drinking, and it was horrible. I think that mental health should be given special attention. I realized this when I faced similar problems personally. I didn't know anything about bipolar disorder until I experienced it myself. I realized that I needed to take urgent measures to eliminate this and dr.mental helped me to better understand this. I understood the main factors about it and the measures that can be helpful in bipolar disorder.

Doctors are finally beginning to engage the public on this issue of our students. Students are usually young people with an unformed psyche, they are exposed to anxiety and negative emotions. Especially often these symptoms appear before important exams because teachers unconsciously instill in children a fear of failure. My friend went to psychiatry in Angola with this problem, she received the necessary psychological help, and she is still in therapy. Sleep disturbance, decreased appetite, increased anxiety, dizziness, stress are signals that you need professional help, do not forget about your health.

It is a social problem that should not be overlooked because more young people face anxiety and apathy. I was in such a situation, and I thought I had no escape. Yes, my friends were with me, but they couldn't give me the support I was seeking. I am far from thinking that mental problems are a punishment for sins or a sign of weakness in spirit. Rather, it is a signal that my life has gone wrong. Communication can improve your mood. Reconnect with friends and family, and you'll have someone to talk to when you're feeling down. Get some exercise of any kind. They will help lift your spirits and release unnecessary stress. Even if you've stopped exercising for a long time, start by walking for 20 minutes every day.
