Why not just go for all from the beginning? Why the greedy last hour BS? Did you really think some were that stupid? Thank God a man with integrity stood for us all. Not just HIMSELF!

The DNR in Indiana has taken the position they want nothing to do with the captive deer industry or any type of regulatory authority over preserves.

The DNR manages wildlife. Wild by definition is uncontrolled. These are our privately owned animals. We pay for their upkeep and manage our herds inside the high fenced boundaries on our private property. We are under the regulations of our BOAH as are any other privately owned animals. Deer farmers in Indiana should be doing everything to support Mike Pence. In addition we need to keep electing republicans to our state legislature. Industry and small business friendly republicans head both the house and senate natural resource committees in Indiana. In the future we must remain vigilant. Attempts will likely be made by the sky is falling and sun setter coalition to pass legislation. We are in a great position as a long as republicans continue to hold a majority. We are now one of the most deer ranch friendly states. Let's keep it that way!

According to the decision by the judge they have no jurisdiction over farmed deer. Will be interesting to see if they send us renewal forms
