Joint pain after training

I often experience severe joint pain after training. What can you recommend to me to eliminate the pain?

You can do cold compress and better to ask your doctor for the exact ointment.

I agree with the above user, cold compress and talk with your doctor! Good luck.

Based on my experience, doing a warm-up exercise before the training is the best way to avoid joint pain. Also, don't exert too much effort at the beginning of the training. For now, you could take over-the-counter ibuprofen to ease the pain.

Hope it helps.

How do you relieve severe joint pain?

Ice: Apply ice to your joints to relieve pain and swelling. Ice the joint for 15 minutes several times a day.
Heat: After a day or so, try a heating pad to address any muscle spasms around the joint.
Rest: Rest the joint during the first day and avoid any activities that cause you pain.
