Bottle feeding fawns

My wife and I are starting a deer farm and we want to bottle feed our fawns. My questions for everyone is:

1) How much do you give per feeding when they are born?

2) When do you increase the amount that you feed and by how much?

3) When do you start giving them a feed ration and what %'s do you suggest in the feed?

If you have any other thoughts that you think would help us out, that would be great.
