New to the industry! Located in Missouri

We are wanting to get ideas of pen layouts, working facilities, and hauling. At this point we have to cut the horns off all but our large buck since the facility they are at has no ability to separate. We are taking over a herd that we must get certified and have verticals no back ground on. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated. 660-492-0215
