Chaff haye is great. About 2 handfuls per day per head is what I do. Also fresh tree limbs and saplings for their roughage. They love tree bark. I get my feed made at the Mill. Runs about 400$ per ton. Proven feed mixture. Email me if you have any questions

I use a pelleted feed from ADM for 9 years, 1 ton delivered in bags, plus 10 bags of rolled soybeans is about $550.

Never had any problems, and I use a small bucket(1-2 gallons) of rolled beans for every 50 pound bag of feed.

I feed the pellets year round, during the winter I have me own pure alfalfa hay, after spring hits, they graze in the pens.

If you are trying to grow large antlers, you should consider using a milk calcium supplement. It's been shown to increase antler size and growth. You can just add it to your feed!

I found it in bulk at www.whitetailcalcium.com.

Best of luck!
