I have a buddy looking for a new breeder buck. He wants one from the Russia sub species. Not sure if its the same as the Debousky. Anyone know of any one who breeds these?

Don't know anything about the sub specie thereof, but Terry Hindgardner(sp) of North Starr Gameland Shooting preserve has a Sika herd in his enclosure. He is in Tama, Iowa. Phones: 641-750-8886(cell)...641-492-6326 and 641-492-6159 are his land lines.

I do know this for sure and for certain - those Sika are excellent table fair...better than the best whitetail, and I eat alot of whitetail and love it!
