Question 2 week old fawn with weak legs and dizziness

I found a newborn fawn in the woods when I was four wheeling. I set up my dads trail cam to watch it and after 2 and a half days the mother never came back. I couldnít just leave it there so me and my parents took it in and fed it goat milk and colostrum for all species. It was eating really well but all of a sudden a few days later it would start to get dizzy. It would look up at me or something then itís entire head would move in a circle. Also it falls regularly. It seems like itís super weak and can barely support his body weight. I looked up some rehab centers but I have none where I live. I donít want the authorities to get it because they tend to just kill them. Weíre gonna try giving it some vitamins. It seems to get worse everyday. I need help because I canít see him die.
