Three month old deer walking on back joints not hoofs. Breathing heavy, coughing alot. Having trouble drinking will cough and choke when drinking bottle or water. No problems with eating grass or food. Thought pnemonia gave antibiotics yesterday. Any ideas?

You also need to inject sub cutaneous fluids immediately. He will dehydrate too quickly. Do this fast!

Have the same problem with a fawn. Also thought pneumonia , gave antibiotics (noromycin), seems to be better. Should we give another dose of antibiotics? What does he have, any additional info would help.
