Doe with huge udder. Help!

I'm new to farming and have a doe that was pulled from her fawn a week ago. Her udder is now bigger than a basketball and she's losing weight quick. People I've asked said let it take its course. Up to two weeks. She can barely get around and it looks very uncomfortable for her. Is there anything to do for her? Or just give it another week?

Take all grain and alfalfa and pellets away let it eat only grass. If you control the water only water it one time a day. That bag might split open and then you have trouble.
Could put fawn back for now.

Turns out she busted a blood vessel while going through the chute. Still extremely large but should subside..
