I have a 5 yo doe that has had the runs for about a month. i have wormed with Ivermec pour on i have done a stool sample for everything and it all came back clean.She got a little better for about a week now she is back to the runs she eats good has lots of grass in her pen she was live breed to one of my bucks so not worried if she doesnt have a fawn if i can save her but she is in with other bred does so any treatment needs to be safe for them as well almost forgot she has very rough hair any advice would be great thanks

I had a buck doing the same thing, runs and clean stool exams for four months. Baytril/ivermec/ no improvement

can you hand dose her?? if so double dose her with safeguard paste

also I treated with Flagyl for giardia, 500mg tablet split in half, 1/2 morning, 1/2 evening by mouth wrapped in bread.

I would bet Guardia... I have had good luck with metronidazole. I do not know if it is safe for pregnant does. Let me know.

had a guardia and johnies <not sure if thats right test done both came back neg.

Could it be a possible ulcer issue? Induced by a slight hormonal change/stress? I do have a few does that will soften up 2-3 days prior to fawning and then straighten right out. A few with ulcer issues will scour, clear up, and then scour again for no reason.

Corrid in the water, Also get a good probiotic conditioner like shock effect or bullet proof, they work wonders. good luck!!
