im thinking air temp 78, but you must keep the ground / pens much warmer , i put all fawns on a heat pad, you will lose more to ground cold then anything else , im not one of the big guys but have lost my share of fawns to the cold ground, just trying to help,

They do not need "heat" per say. Have been bottleing fawns in Wisconsin for 20 years and have never had a heated barn. We use heat lamps for first 4-5 days or on real cold night. As Crocket said get them off the cold ground. We have small stalls with false floors 1' off the ground for the first few days. Gets em off the ground and helps air quality which is much more important than heat.

We keep our in the house in play pens for the first 5 days after they come off the mom. By then they are on the bottle good are tagged and Micro-Chip put in. Then its to their building with them!
