Fawn died quickly ??

I had a fawn die on me this morning and it was quick and out of nowhere. He was running around fine and looked healthy. He was one of the biggest fawns and seemed to be doing great and then he just hit the ground and flopped for a second and was dead. What could cause this ? He looks fine .No blood no swelling no previous injuries.

If he was running and jumping around right in front of you and died my bet would be a blood vessel broke and he bled to death internally.
