Wanted to see if everyone fed their deer the same things or if you all feed your does something different then your bucks?

Looking for a good feed for the does mainly.

I think we have the bucks narrowed down between Bulletproof and Shock Effect.

We feed the does and bucks the same. Both get Purina Antlermax. Bucks need the nutrition for growing antlers and the does need it when fawning. We add a small amount of corn to it and also have alfalfa available for them.

We feed Maxrax textured feed to all of our whitetails. The two products you mentioned are supplements of some type, we use C&E wildlife products as far as that goes. The farm pack is great for bucks and does!

I feed the same I have a custom feed made and have it tested regularly. I bought the feed on the market and tested it and was not happy with the results. The thing to remember is a deer and only process around 12 to13 percent protein so your feed only needs to have 16 percent. The thing is a good nutritional supplement goes a long way. I also use Vita-Spray and will use both year round. Deer (bucks and does) need the nutrition year round not just during growing season. You have growing season, prerut, post rut, then growing season again never stops. Does get ran during prerut and don't really stop having stress thru breeding then they have the babies in them and get pulled down all summer then it all starts over. That's why I never quit giving the additives and I don't drop to a lesser feed during the winter like some farmers do.

I feed my bucks and does the same. In the future I could potentially see feeding my bucks and does differently. I really think that wintertime is very important for weight gain. If they dont put it on, theyll be sucked dry by the end of fawning and antler growth. Forgot to mention I feed Rack Plus. I use their base feed and have them put a little extra in it for me. Higher fat, copper, selenium, probiotics and I think a few other things.
