Unhappy Hand Reared - 5 Week Old Fawn

I have been taking care of an abandoned 5 Week Old male Fawn. Everything seemed to be going well upto now and he is constantly grinding his teeth and is not keeping anything down, after feeding over a period of time he keeps bringing everything up, and see other bits of food hes eaten before he started doing this. He seems bright and alert, i am inter feeding him electrolytes but that has not seemed to made any change.

When i pick him up it now also cause him to bring up the food, it feels to me that there is some kind of blockage, that he has eaten something that could be no allowing the food to go down.

When i feed him, hes hungry and i can see his body stomachs expand, his urine is strong in color and he past very little fecal matter no matter how much stimulation he receives.

Any advice would be amazing. Thank you
