1. Discovered this lump on the side of his neck, below the jaw, late yesterday. Any ideas what is going on? or what to do about it.



2. He also has somthing that has been going on with the front corner of his jaw, but this has been Like this since last year at about this time. It has recently (about 2 weeks ago) gotten worse. I think his teeth are crooked or messed up on the one side. any thoughts about what is going on? or what to do about it.

I had a buck fawn with an abscess that was in that same location last week. I ran him through my facility and gave him 1 1/2 cc of draxxin. Two days later 90% of the swelling was down and today it's just a small scab.

Thats a bad place to lance it to get out the puss. I did one that had the lump in that area and hit the big vein there and it bleed to death before I could stop it. I would also just use Draxxin or LA_300 and give a shot of Fuso guard. Repeat LA 300 or Draxxin in 48 hours and let nature make the drainage hole on it's own. Puss will not be absorbed and will have to drain out but if it's blood it will absorbed.The animal will be fine.
