Arrow Newbie here with injured fawn

Hi all thank you for adding me. I just added an injured fawn too my list of daily responsibilities, she was found on side of the road orphaned and hit by a vehicle. After jabbing her for only about an hour she appears to have a
right broken hip. Can anyone tell me if she starts to eat and is confined will she heal (nothing looks/ feels out of place) or should I take her somewhere where they may possibly put her down

High hip breaks heal by themselves quite fast. Just keep her calm and feed her good food. She will do fine without help. Deer are amazing and are able to heal broken bones with no help.
