Please Help-Doe panting heavy

Please Help me, my 6 month old doe acts like she is in heat, I am not sure but with the sings she has and what I have been able to find out maybe she could be in heat at this young age? The REAL question I have is this past couple of weeks my doe some times while laying down resting starts panting heavy for a few minutes and then it goes away? Can some one Please tell me is this normal or if she is in heat does this happen sometimes? I Thank you for any help you can give me. Sammie
