Please help doe sick

I have a doe 1/12to 2 yr old got a infection on her legg vet gave antibiotic were on week 2 shes drinking some not eating can not stand lost alot of weight she smells of infection two days ago she could walk not today. I've doctored her sores she has these small holes I'm assuming from her licking them. I turned her over to her other side and she squirted urine on my arm it looked like it had small balls of ?? I dont know the chunks were white and her urine smells realy bad. I'm not sure if she was breed or not her belly looks bloated/,pregnant not sure .is it a lost cause I sure hope not what can I do what's wrong. When I noticed somthing was wrong her legg was swollen with a sore on it it bursted and next day her other rear leg was swollen and infected shes gone down hill ever sence please help my vet is unavailable for 3 weeks

I can’t say for sure, but I would consider pyuria. Pyuria is when the urine is carrying an abundance of white blood cells and/or infection. It can be an indication of septic infection, maybe even staph. Is she currently on antibiotics?
