I have a yearling buck that broke his front leg right above the ankle. He broke his leg about three weeks ago seams to be healing pretty good. Today he shed both sides. Do you'll think he shed because most of his energy is going to healing

probably, any injury/sickness will usually cause early shedding of antlers

Variety of factors could cause shedding. Nutrition, breeding, and genetics play a role in some fashion. Hard to say. Most importantly sounds like your buck is doing well health wise! Ryan
