When installing high fence, what is the best method for installing wire and keeping it tight in situations where going down steep hills then right back uphill?

Jonathan, you need to cut the wire where it saggs/or is loose and remove knots where necessary and sinch back together with gripples or crimp splices. Hope that makes sense.

You can get a fence tightener and do each line accordingly. Adam is correct by using splicers or gripples
