They've asked many strange questions: like.....can we shoot in your pens.....can we hunt at night with spot lights....The "grandpa(owner/Frank), two older sons(26-32) and 3 grandkids(8-15)" all dressed in suits and ties, smoking in the stands.....wanting to aim for head shots.....supposed Greek ethnic, wealthy government contract workers, etc......asking about absolute guaranteed hunts etc....wanting a deer in a pen for a handicapped kid......

*

it goes on and on.....DNR, or PETA.....I'm sure.....it's gotta be.....all with the promise of 40,000-80,000 cashiers check......

*

Another story is that they worked with a preserve in Wisconsin for 9 years until the owner died.....then another story.....NOT about 22 hunters......but only about kids hunting....

*

It's getting deep.....somethings gonna burst soon!!!

Boy is this sounding familiar. Our guy was in the process of moving from Michigan to Arkansas. Had no permanent address. Phone was a new cell. He was bringing 5 employees to kill 16 bucks. Needed to make sure we were good with corporate checks. He had worked at a Wisconsin preserve til it changed hands and the family took it over. No matter what ,there schedule was tight and they had to get it done in a day , even if it meant hunting at night. Well rehearsed. Definitely someone or a group with an agenda. Lookout!!!!

When we had a hunting preserve in Montana we could usually pick the undercover guys from the DNR.* Anyone who asks for something that isn't legal or on the shady side is up to no good.* Best be on your best behavior and sure hope you guys get paid.

It's a scam or undercover PETA type group for sure.

We had a few calls that were similar from an oiler in North Dakota. Made a lot of big promises on how many deer they were going to kill and how many their wives were going to harvest. He never actually booked a hunt and was always able to be reached by phone. Just took a lot of our time and never booked a hunt and quit returning phone calls.
