Fawn dehydrated??

Iím a new deer mother and we had this baby buck for about 5 weeks. Iíve recently noticed his change of behavior. He hardly drank his milk (we use ultra 24?), and he started to get tired a lot. His eyes are always droopy. He pees and poops regularly, and sometimes after he sleeps for a while during the day heís right back up and going outside to eat grass. He has been drinking water rather than milk for a few days and I feel like he wasnít getting enough to drink?? I just started him back up on the bottle and he took it and was drinking a lot. Today he is still droopy. I hope heís okay. Any suggestions??
