- 1 pound elk burger
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp. oil
Brown meat and onion in oil.
In a separate bowl, combine:
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 cup chunk tomato or tomato juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- Salt, pepper and prepared mustard to taste
- 2 tbsp. minute tapioca
Add meat and simmer for 2 hours.
