- 1 pound ground elk
- 1 small onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
- 1 package egg noodles
- Salt and pepper
Brown elk, onion, salt and pepper.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
In a greased 9 x 13 pan, mix elk and noodles.
Mix soup and milk, then pour over elk-noodle mixture and stir together.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
