Venison Goulash Recipe

  • 1½-2 lbs. venison, cubed
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 tbsp. fat
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups dairy sour cream

Brown meat in fat.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Beat sour cream and soup mix with egg beater; pour over meat.

Cover and simmer until tender.

Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
