Found Summit Whitetail Ranch's website, and their picture sparked some interest.

Looking for more info on Handsome, Dr D, Rowdy, and Impact. Any big framed clean typical is good info.

I know of Shock N Awe, Larry and his sons, Simply Amazing, and Rambo....so you can leave those out if you want. Any other good looking bucks you know of that look similar to those on the listed website?

Take a look at some of the bucks at www.bigrackranchtexas.com, we have some good typicals and should have some really good 2 and 3 year olds this summer. On other farms Buddy IV is about as clean and big typical as they come. It is very hard to find a truely CLEAN and balanced typical. A lot of prople will put pics of "typical" bucks up but most are not clean.

Try Circle J&B ranch, Chris timmins has been raising big typ bucks for years, it is also the home of DR D, It is also were Touchdown, PrimeTime, Yardstick, and Brazos were born and raised and sold.

I was thinking the same thing. The first 2 are clean typicals, but the rest?

Here is a photo of our buck Stretch. He is long gone but we still have semen from him. He was 29-1/2 inside.

The Handsome and Impact bloodlines account for a good percentage of our herd. We had Impact here at the ranch for several years before he died and were able to get a lot of great offspring out of him. Handsome and Impact daughters have proven to be some of our top producers. We strive to acheive the big Texas typical look and both of these bloodlines have produced well for us. Here are some pictures from last year: (pics aren't the greatest but hopefully we'll have time for better ones next year)

This is "Diesel" at 3 years old. Rold Gold over an Impact daughter. 190 1/2 B&C and still growing.

This is "High Rise." He's a two year old Impact son scoring 191 1/2 B&C

This is "Biggie." He's a 3 year old Big Bob son scoring 192 1/4 B&C. Once again picture's not the greatest but it's the only one I have as he damaged his left side shortly after

This is "Texas" at 2 years old. Rowdy over a Bambi Prickley Pear Daughter. He's setting up to be BIG this year

We are currently in the process of revising our website to include these deer and many more.

Here are two very big pretty clean typicals

first two pic's is Matador he scored 240" last year at 4yrs old he's a Texas Sam son

second two pic's is 2Wide he scored 293" and had a 33" inside spread last year at 6yrs old he's a Rattler son.

Both bucks have deep predigree's of big typicals

Did anyone see Banjo from Genes Place in the latest NADEFA magazine? WOW! Thats the kind of buck I dream about raising - 8x9 typical 295" gross and 285" typical with 3 tines over 16". UNREAL!

It said very little about Banjos pedigree except that he is a Bucky grandson (not sure if it is on the sire side or doe side). If anyone knows the inside scoop on this mega-monster please send me a PM and fill me in. Thanks

Me too, I would sure love to see some pictures of him, I have not seen them yet.
