I'm not giving up his pedigree but his momma has another son in the 300" range at 2, think she can do it again? This picture is from October.

That is one great picture for October!

Phil i believe this is just a little preveiw of what kind of animals dustin will have coming on in a year or two. I was lucky enough to buy his romeo/malibu/rocket/holly girl bred to an awesome energizer yearling that is gunna be turning some heads as a 2yr old. He is 183 as a yearling so he is kinda turnin some heads now. I sure am glad that people overlook the program dustin has going. I guess i should just shut up and reap the rewards myself. Which has given me a 175 and 145 inch yearlings from the first bred doe i bought from him. Cant wait to see what this romeo girl has to say.. Great buck fawns for everybody so far but dustin is on top so far!!!!

I agree 100%. I also have an idea what dustin has been up to the last few years...he's got it going on. It will be exciting to see what pops up on his farm in the future. Reap the rewards while you can, once people start paying attention it will be hard to touch some of his stock! Congrats on that Romeo doe Mike shes a good one!

Jarrid im glad someone else really see's what he has going on his farm. I bought one of my first bred does of him and got twin buck fawns 170 plus and 140 plus yearlings. There is another great yearling that came from dustins stock and that is over at neebys farm and thats a great clean birchwood yearling. There are a couple bred does coming up in marks sale of dustins and one is the full sister of mine bred to the great yearling jr lapp bought Hardcore Xtream. Throw in jacob glicks power doe with hardcore, romeo,

rocket.Well someone better be bidding or i might own sisters.Hard not to hit 200in 2yr olds when you can get breedings like that!!!

Mike you make it seem like a challenge... I know there are plenty of buck fawns out there that will smoke him & big buttons don't always mean big antlers, but hey I couldn't resist to post. When he shed his velvet I actually thought one of my cut yearlings broke into my button buck pen lol! I appreciate both you and Jarrid backing my program and you're right when people start doing their homework they may start to notice more of my girls. Hey Russ Jr did his homework and bought heavily into my female program. Actually about 1/3 of the does in his mega lot were born on my farm and gave him fawns last year! When you do as much advertising as the Walk family does you deserve to get those prices for your animals, a definite thumbs up to them! I could spend thousands on advertising, but I'm a firm believer in "If you grow them they will come." It may take a little longer, but I'm just a small guy trying to work my way up.

I came up with this idea awhile back and wanted to know what you guys thought about it. If everyone stays healthy I'll have 20 yearlings coming from some well known powerhouse doe lines and it gave me the idea for a different type of contest. Instead of just guessing a bucks score, why not have a game where there's a little skill involved. Lets see who can do the best homework! I'll post the pedigrees of all my buck fawns and we will see who can guess the top 1-5 or something like that? I've been able to pick the biggest 3 straight years now before they grew an inch, so lets see what everyone else got! A lot of these bucks have sisters that will be for sale also. Let me know what you guys think about that idea, innovative, I posted it first!

Dustin to me that just kinda shows that if people did their homework they would save money. If someone pays twice or three times as much for a deer from one farm when the first farm would have sold the same deer for much less...Well i guess thats their bad.All i know is it wont be me. I guess all i can do is thank you for putting great animals out there and being honest. I gambled on some yearlings this year that i think will be hot at 2 and 3. With moonshine,Hardcore xtream, Hardcore Heatwave and Bambi Tea as a few and i will now have fawns from all listed.

I also think that will be a great contest for everyone to check their knowledge!!

Sorry about the Cell phone pics. Next year I will take some with my camera.

Anyway this is Trike these pictures were taken in Sept. he lost his nubs three weeks ago. I cant wait to see what he does this year, His head is swelling up by his bases if this means anything I do not know but it is exciting.
