Just wanted to show everybody one of our 3 year olds we're really excited about. After having a bad start in the growing season with a bad wind storm that damaged are two top breeder bucks. Silver Ranger broke his beam off just past his eye guard. Sun Canyon suffered some kind of nerve damage in his back. We were forced early to knock him down and X Ray him from head to tail. The X Rays came back negative for vertebrae fractures but we did find a fractured in his ankle and a split hoof. He walks with a little bit of a hunched back. I think he might have some nerve damage. "If anyone knows of a good Deer chiropractor let me know";). The good news is even with moving him and surviving the storm he is still putting the bone on. I guess through all bad things there are good things to come out of it. God has blessed us with a buck we call Moonshine. He is a Sudden Impact on over a PA Geronimo doe. This PA doe is out of the famous Chyna doe. He is around 36" inside and just starting to grow his G5's. He is still headed out. Cant wait to see how he finishes. The first picture is Moonshine the second is Sun Canyon.

Chris I dont know what he will score. I haven't really thought about it. He still has a lot of growing to do. It might sound weird but for the first time its just been about what he looks like.

Here is an up date of moonshine. His anchor doe is also found in Lynn and Chad Campbell's "Big Ticket". I think he was around 250" @1. We have decided to sell him. He will also come with 25 straws of semen. If anyone is interested send me a pm or give me a call at 314-568-1132.

P.S. Sorry about the facial expression in the first picture he has a craving for Sweetarts.:D

Thanks. Paul

Moonshine was drawn as a yearling by Dr. Clifford Shippley. His straws are packed at 65 million / half cc straw and post thaw was excellent. It is stored at the University of Illinois.

If your looking for a big wide typical with just enough extras to make him score big, this is your boy. He has proven production all throughout his pedigree and will surely pass that on to his offspring. He is still growing strong and has plenty of time left to put more inches and frame on.
