Suggestions needed please

The attached pictures are of a yearling buck. He barely puts any weight on it. How should I treat? Thank you in advance.

I had one like that a few years ago and I gave Draxxin, washed it with Iodine, covered it in Epsom Salt, and then wrapped in vet wrap. Mix some Aureomycin in the feed too. He healed perfectly! Hopefully it will work for yours! Good luck!
