Were you burning anything in pens that the fawn might have been in? A few years ago I was burning some brush in a pen and one of my fawns got in the ashes. It wasn't nearly as severe as what your fawn has but look almost identical. As fragile as thier skin is it doesn't take a flame to burn them. I would for sure give him some anti-biotics. asap.
Thanks for the advice. No I was not burning or doing anything different than normal. She acts very normal and healthy otherwise. But I know I still need to do something as I don't feel it will go away by itself.

Give her about 3 cc's of the dura pen....penicillin.......it is some kind of infection if there is puss involved and penicillin in my opinion is great for infections........good luck!
