:)Well, Well, Well.......I just visited Mr. Sage at S&S Whitetail Galore over the weekend. :cool:What a trip. With permission from Billy & Mitzi, I just had to post some pictures and a few comments.......and the word "few" is not the way to describe what I saw!

For starters While I was there Perfect Storm had a cut on his leg and we had to put him down to do a little doctoring.........:DIN WORDS, I CAN NOT DESCRIBE WHAT I GOT TO PUT MY HANDS ON! 30" Mainbeams, 30" inside spread, 37" Outside spread, and 330" in all. After I took it all in I asked Billy if he knew of another Maxbo son that had 30"MB, 30" IS, and scored over 300". We could not think of one. By the way Perfect Storm also has 41 points with 7 tines over 11 to 12". Check out the mass also, look at the ears and then look at the antler, HUGE! I could barley get my hands around them. Billy is computer illiterate and I asked if I could post these for eveyone to see. He said he supposed I could. Thanks Billy, but we know the real boss around there is Mitzi, and she works while you play. I think she could work three men under the table.

Congradulations Mitzi! You raised a "WHALE" of a pen of deer.

While I was there I also got to take a look at Maxin II. WOW!!! HUGE, HUGE, HUGE!!! He is the real deal. I asked Billy if he thought Maxin II would do that good after the move. He was speechless..........or maybe he didn't hear me, he is getting old you know. Anyway here are the new Maxin II pics. 28" IS, 38" OS, Multiple tines over 12", and scores at least 350". Conservative I feel. By the way Chad and Lynn Campbell as well as Edwin Ropp & Family should be proud.

While I was at Billy's I made a quick trip to Curt Waldvogel's to get Rolex pictures. Beautifuuuuuuullllllllllllll..........can only describe Rolex this year. Frame, mass, tine length, and just a pleasure to look at. He has not disappointed this year. With all the sons Rolex and Shadow have put on the ground the last two years it would be hard to dispute these two sires as being the one of the greatest DYNAMIC DUO's of all times! Frames and width are showing up all over the sires S&S Whitetail Galore are using! ROLEX, SUNDOWNER, MAXIN II, and PERFECT STORM. Frames, Width, mass, and score.

While I am posting the other deer from Billy and Mitzi's I could not leave out Sundowner. I was at the Blossers farm a week ago and I got some new pictures of Sundowner. Well he is the same old Sundowner I grew to love last year. Wish I could say he was bigger, I think he is. Wish I could say he is prettier, I might. Wish I could say he is wider, probably. I REALLY WISH I COULD SAY HE WAS ON MY FARM! He's not!!! Whats next........we can only guess, but we will probably be a few steps behind Billy and Mitzi Sage.

I have to say this and many of you reading this will agree, there may not be a more humbler and gracious set of folks than the Sage's. They are truely fine folks. I would just like to take a moment to say it has been my pleasure to post these pictures for them, and I hope everyone has enjoyed them as much as I have taking them. I will be making my annual trip to Ohio and PA this month starting August 27th and hope I can visit your farm on my way and make posts about your farm just the same. I will be traveling for three weeks and would love an invitation to visit you if it is on my way!
