2week old fawn lump behind ear

I have a fawn we have been caring for about a week now and she has a lump behind her ear she scratched at every time we take her out . The lump is firm but not hard and has no openings and otherwise she is extremely healthy gaining weight eating well her potty habits are great. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

It was CL she had it drained and flushed out kept clean with betadine and she's good as far as that goes.
