In case anyone is interested, I darted her and ended up giving her an enema...yes an adult bought it at the CVS enema. Prior to this she had stopped eating completely and was not grazing. The stool sample was tested and had no worms or parasites in it. We covered all the basis first.
Once she was back up she strained and pooped a few times. Among that, out popped a 1 inch chunk of wood. The Vet suspected a bowel obstruction. She is grazing today, still not 100% but already looking a bit better. We are praying she doesnt have any ore inside her.
