How did everyone do this year? I want to thank Kelly and Hilary Powell and Dan Spoelman. He did 17 does at my farm and 14 stuck (82.3%). We had 26 fawns out of the 14 does (14 does and 12 bucks). All are healthy and still alive. On a friends farm that they did 5 miles from me the same day he went 8 for 9 (88.8%). Total for the two farms is 22 out of 26 (84.6%).

Thank you Kelly Hilary and Dan!!!!

Not well. I did my first ones last year, and I stuck a few, but not enough. Thankfully, I didn't spend a fortune on the semen and the backup bucks are decent. I just have to wait a little more for the rest to pop.

Not sure what percent this is(75+) but I got 9 out of 13 this year. I know it's not the high 80 percents most of you get but it was my first time doing my own and I'm very happy with it . I may have AIed a bit to early Nov 8th as I had to be in Meeker Colorado on the 10th for an elk hunt . There were also 7 of these 13 doe's that were first time breeders so yup I'm pretty happy . Last season I had someone else do it and got zero so 9 is much much better then zero any day in my book !! Maybe I'll get lucky and get a higher percent next year..lol.. Thanks to everyone who sold me GOOD semen ,THANK YOU !!

We started with 9. One pulled cidr, and one was a yearling that hadn't had a fawn, so I dont count them if they dont stick. So we ended up truley AI'ing 7, with 5 that stuck. So 71% for me. Thanks to Dr Favero for sliding me in on his busy schedule.

I ai'd 10 and 7 took pssibly 8 one had her fawns at 212 days wishful thinking probaly. So that leaves me at 70-80%. Dennis how did you do.

We got lucky this year, we AI'd two of our 4 does and both took. We had them done by Dr. Shipley.

Our PA Geronimo doe took to Sudden Impact and our AGN 12 Pack doe took to Hydro-Ax again for the second year in a row. We got 2 buck fawns out of the PA doe at 190 days and two buck fawns and a doe fawn out of our 12 Pack doe at 193 days. I can't wait to see what they grow next year. As Sam would say, CWD really bad right now, and they're not even a month old yet, you got to love this.
