I was just wondering what average prices to have a doe AID are since when I get my farm started I probably wont have a breeder buck right away

Mike, who thought you how to AI? I tried this year but don't think I was very successful. And I really want to do it again but need to learn how to get in the cervical

Cassie i also bought a AI kid from kelly and they actually taught me how to use everything over the phone think i missed one this year

Brett, did you go to the safe capture course? I seen that they have one but it is $800.00 to go, do you think it is worth the money? I may just invest in a good AI kit from Kelly Powell and learn from him.
Cassie, If I AI next year before you do, your are welcome to come over and learn some. My does are in the chute and are asleep with gas so you can sit there with no movement or kicking and see the cervic to give you a feel for what your looking for. Also I found a new AI gun that uses a sheath with a smaller tip to get you started into the cervic, it really helps.

I went to a class offered at Apple Creek and it was excellent. Best advice is to take Wayne up on his offer. You can learn all you need to know by watching someone that is successful.
