Anyone know this buck from Pennslyvania?

It looks that way but after looking hard he is covering the main beam base and then the front of the main beam comes down hiding part of his hand. The front of the main beam looks like it droops alot
 
This is not Gold Dancer. Gold dancer is much bigger and has drops at the end of both main beems.
 
It did look smaller but i knew he was harvested this year so it was a guess. Same basic shape though.

You are correct. The end of his beam lined up perfect with his base.
