The deer are doing well despite heavy snow and 60 mph wind. A lot of digging and maybe a little gutter repair. Roads are still closed. Eldon

Eldon,Hey was that some crazy weather or what ? I spent 3 hrs today with tractor and only got my alley way and main gates cleaned out ! Well since the main road has about a mile long x 4' drift sitting in it I guess won't be goin anywhere soon! My city and county declared it a state of emergency and the state said they won't be sending any help! they said that there wasn't enough to go around!:D

just be glad you all got the snow I would trade you the 4" of sleet and ice thats under the few inches of snow we got:mad: for 20" of snow:eek:

Randy, I hear ya! we only got 13" of the fine white wonder! So we'll keep it and you can keep your ICE!:D

we were at -5F and -35F wind chill today we may have a heat wave coming and may get up to 30F this weedend looking forword to it.

STAY WORM

We got a little ice this morning here in south Louisiana and they shutdown the schools!!!!:D:D

I don't know how you guys and gals deal with all that snow..

-17 degrees at AV this morning. Tractor won't start, too much snow to drive chore truck through, surely I'll be hauling hay on my kids' sleds this afternoon. If anyone is in the neighborhood and wants to help chore, I'd be happy to have the help!

i feel everybodies pain. we have 20 inches and snow drifts 4 to 5 feet deep. had one deer house break under the pressure of snow. and had to shovel a path to the waterers and uncover everything. can't wait till spring. i"ve seen enough

We had 20 inches here also...You try to make all your gates tight so the critters cant get in and then when it snows like this you can't open them up without some serious work. We only have about 50 gates to dig out

Thank goodness for 4-Wheel Drive Tractors that plug in!

Global Warming is a pain in the butt! :D

Oh I forgot its Climate Change now not Global Warming.....

Wayne can you fine your traps , the way it sound everthing is under snow and ice. Sam you must got the blut of the storm, like Randy said we got a soild sheet of white ice. It is like walking on concrete with snow on top it suck

And in Saskatchewan today -4C ( 24 F) sunny , clear blue sky, not a cloud in sight

the bad thing about cold is it cost you more to heat your home....

the good thing about cold is that it can't pick up your home and throw it away

Steve, Found all my traps and pulled all Mon. GOOD THING! The whole GLOBAL WARMING :pthing aint workin today! 4*F right now and wind chill of -16* and it will be even colder when the sun goes down!:eek::(

4 inches of frozen ice and snow with a couple more inches of powder on top. Five hours with my tractor scooping out my alley and gates. Darn stuff is so hard it won`t push. I`m ready for spring.

Well it took awhile but about 4 o'clock today they got my county road out to the black top open! Been stuck at home since Mon. Looks like a trip to town might be in order for Friday!:D

Wayne, When you go to town, eat some of them ribs for me from that little place you took us to. Bet you can't eat 'em all. I sure couldn't. Eldon

we had from 15 to 20" of snow and -6 last night. we are not supposed to have weather like that in oklahoma. set a all time record for 24 hrs. you guys can keep it up north
