Can somebody tell me how many days i have to wait after i bred my does too blood test them for pregnacy?

How do you test them in 40 days without interfering with the pregnancy dart or in the crate?

We do them through our chute system, in an out in well under a minute per animal. I generally hit the vein on the inside of the front leg, others can do the jugular. Just my preference.

How much blood do you normally pull for test? And she would prob be pregnat by then with backup buck wouldt she?

I would say that 2cc is more than plenty to test. I always use the purple top vials. It is possible at that point that the back up did breed her and they kind of give varied results ranging from low retest, high retest, positive, or negative. We generally do not put the backup in for that reason until we have blood tested, but I know that's not always feasible. Ryan

Alright thanks for the info. im selling 3 does in chupp auctions lot 62,133, and 206 and i kinda wanted to get results before then but its prob not possibe as i didnt ai till nov 5
