Silent Auction

Whitetail Exchange bidding on silent auction lots will end when silent auction ends. Any bids received day of sale will be bid on Whitetail Exchange by the clerks at the auction.

Call Todd Morgan at 269-207-0624 or Mark Mast at 330473-2419 with any questions.

Special Thanks to Todd Morgan and the Whitetail Exchange team for your help with this project.

If you are wondering why a lot you are bidding on says reserve not met I will try to explain.

The live auction lots are set to end on WT Exchange the evening before the auction. The only way to keep the lots from being sold to the WT exchange buyer was to put in a high reserve price. Any bids receive through WT Exchange will be used as a starting bid for the live auction. If the bid is not raised at the live auction the WT Exhange bid will be accepted as long as the seller's reserve price is met. If you are the high bidder on WT Exchange and would like to bid further at the live auction you can bid online at www.dvauction.com or call Mark at 3304732419 by Feb 2 to schedule phone bidding.

Silent auction lots will be open on WT Exchange until the end of the silent auction at 3 pm on Saturday Feb 4. Bids received at the auction will be entered on WT Exchange by the auction clerks with a computer logged into our WT Exchange account. Any bids received through WT Exchange will instantly be entered on the board at the live auction.

This is pretty exciting for Whitetail Exchange to work with Mark on this. This is definitely a first for us and we really hope it helps to get each of the consignors a few more dollars in their pockets.

Thaks for giving us a shot at this Mark
