Chupp’s Premier Whitetail Auction

I got my catalog last week. The verbage is not correct for All Out Whitetails lot (Lot 81) on page 29. It should read that Rancher is estimated to score 250" gross, and 225" typical this year @3. Rod will have him scored at the NADEFA convention again this year. I feel this Big Guy doe bred to Rancher is an exceptional lot and could really help out anyone's program! It looks to me like this will be the first lot on Friday so if your ready to roll you might get a great deal !

Since the catalogs apparently have not all gone out since I have yet to get one also, I guess I will drop a hint on our lot in the silent auction as well.

If you go to the on-line catalog and go to page 170 you will see our full page ad. The ad has a good description of the pedigree on Updraft for anyone who is still not familiar with him. Updraft this year scored 268 4/8" as a 2 years old. We are offering an Avalanche doe that goes back to a double bred Mr Awesome doe. That double bred Mr Awesome doe produced only 2 sons and both scored over 200" and had droptines, with tons of mass and a great look. The Avalanche doe is live bred to Updraft.

Updraft semen is sold out for this year, and is expected to go up this next summer after he grows out his 3 year old rack. This doe is lot #345 and is in the silent auction.

Our ad also gives a preview of our Top 30 lots.

1. A Maxin doe A/I to Hardcore. (Note: This doe is located at the Walk farm in PA)

2. A proven Flees' Butkus/Magnum/Louie doe who is also the mother to Max Thrust 260"@3

3. Max Thrust a 260" 3 year old breeder buck will sell the Top 30 auction. ( Call for details )

4. A 2009 bottle fed Lakota/Banshee/Flees' Little Bucky/Flees' Heavy.

5. 5 straws of Updraft semen. Updraft is sold out for this year, and these are the ONLY 2010 straws to sell before he grows out his 3 year old rack in 2010.

AHHHH I got mine today!!! I felt like A LITTLE KID FOR THE LAST WEEK WAITING FOR THE MAILMAN TO BRING THE SEARS CATALOG SO i CAN MAKE MY CHRISTMAS LIST

My book came yesterday as well. It is almost as thick as a Sear catalog isn't it?

I noticed one correction in my ad on page 170 needs to be made.

Max Thrust was scored at 260"@3.

It looks like it should be a good sale. This will actually be the first time I am at this Chupps sale and I am looking forward to it. I have lined up a sitter for the dog and our farm so, see you all there!

Flees Big guy is really turning into a great producer . Just look at max Thrust! There gambler buck also is producing some great offspring. I just saw a picture of that big gambler son on the fllees farm and all I can say is WOW!!!!!"

Sorry about that roger I meant to say updraft as the big guy son. Im surprised your selling max thrust though. Im sure any of us would love to take him off your hands. of course when you have updraft on the farm a good lookin deer like max thrust could become expendible !!! Good luck!!

Hi Neeby,

No worries on the little mix up. I know what you mean about being surprised about selling Max Thrust.

The reasons why we are selling him are, we sold half ownership of him back when he was a 170" yearling. The contract said he would be kept at our place, which is what the co-owner wanted also. It made sense since we have a pretty secure farm. (double fenced and someone is almost constantly here watching the place so it is pretty secure from dogs and people and such) But now with us having Updraft it does present an issue for pen space since I don't want to keep Max Thrust with other antlered bucks, and the same for Updraft.

It is a shame really to let Max Thrust go because he has a pretty nice personality and even though he only has 2 yearling sons they both were really nice. One was 155"@1 with a great look and long tines. I think Max Thrust will be a great producer for his new owner, and with his awesome pedigree the buyer can't go wrong.

But since the buck is co-owned and we decided we don't have room for him here any longer we would dissolve the partnership. The simplest and most fair way seems to be to sell him at auction. Both parties can feel the sale price was fair to them then.

The buyer will have the option of letting him grow out his 4 year old rack here at our place. Feel free to bid on him Neeby:p

I would love to bid on him but I think he is out of my league! being this will only be my second year deer farming. I will say that whoever wins him is gonna get a real nice breeder!

Timber Hollow Whitetails is selling Extreme Sneakers at this sale. He is 2 years old this year, scored 269+, and had a 30 2/8 inside spread. He is out of Maxbo Extreme and Blue 37 which is a daughter of Kuhn's Willy and Blue 32. Blue 32 is a PA Geronimo doe and Sneakers MOTHER!

THANKS FOR LOOKING! :)
