Being new to the industry this is my attempt to meet more breeders, farmers and hunting preserve owners. My ultimate goal is to get as many contacts and information about you and your facilities at my fingertips. I'm going to give $300 to the person who guesses the birthdate of my first born fawn on "Top Heavy Whitetails" farm for 2013.

The rules:

1. Only eligible by sending a business card, farm brochure, pamphlet or whatever you would hand out at a show or sale.

2. Within the information sent have your personal name and contact information if different than business card. (In case your the winner)

3. Pick a date and time I will touch my first born fawn.

I agree with Wayne. Very refreshing to see someone come up with an original idea to further their knowledge of our industry! Not to mention putting up some of your own hard earned money to make it happen!!!

I wish you well Brent!

Wayne, since my wife and I visited your farm last year we have been hooked and can't wait to have our first babies.

Mike, my wife and I met you at the top 30 sale last month and we're hoping/planning on adding a Texas Tea doe to our farm this year.

I have been asked about the breeding of my does.

I have six does and one fawn.

They have all been live covered.

By my three year old buck ( Blue steel ) Rolls Royce / Reno.

And my two year old buck ( High time ) Max time /Ace high.

Anything else don't hesitate to ask.

I want to give a big thanks to everyone who has taken the time to send me their information/entries. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of you out there I havn't heard from yet (no one from my home state of Missouri). Just in case you think I'm starting to sound like a broken record, get used to it cause I'm going to keep reminding you until my first fawn is born or I have received every entry there is to receive :)

thanks

I think I have the only contest still running.

I ask that you take a few minutes of your time and send me your entry.

Date and time of the first born fawn of the year on my farm.

Your information may lead me to my next deer purchase or straw of seman.

Thanks again,

Brent Thomure

I am still waiting on the first fawn to be born.

There is time to enter. So send me your entry.

Nothing from any farmer out of Missouri ?

We have a winner.

Thanks to everyone who sent in an entry.

I had my first fawn on 5/27/2013.

I had a single doe fawn out of a Blue Steel doe. Blue steel is a Rolls Royce son out of a Reno doe. The sire is High Times. He is a Larmax out of the Larry / Hurricane doe.

Both of these bucks I own and have at my farm. This doe will be for sale.

The winner of the contest and $300 is Paul Troyer of Huntley Hill White Tails.

Thanks Paul and happy birthday to your son.
