this one i have mixed feelings on. for a wild deer (which i am assuming it is) this is probably not the best thing for the deer or the gentlemen to be doing. for obvious reasons we all know.

this one is from Penn State. I gather they are speaking mostly about a birth control vaccine they are researching. I know Valley Forge National Park here in PA has started using a vaccine to do exactly this bc of the over population. As a hunter, i find it rediculous they will not allow this property to be hunted once a year. Which can absolutely be done safely and successfully, as it has been demonstrated throughout the country in numerous parks very similiar. Growing up in and around the area, i know this property probably better then the officers who patrol it. But thats another subject that isnt the point of the video, haha. sorry got side tracked.
