If you have been farming deer, you have experienced some interesting deer stories and photos. With an animal as unpredictable as the whitetail we all have them. We'd like to hear your stories.

  • How about the time you sent your son into the handling boxes to adjust a drop gate that wasn't dropping properly...and forgot there was a doe waiting in that box. Who was more upset? The doe or your son?

  • or the time your pregnant wife was helping with sorting deer in the fall and one doe got loose in the facility...but didn't stand a chance as she was tackled by a very hormonally large 8 month pregnant deer farming wife!

(I didn't say they had to be smart stories! ;) )

  • Or health issues that surprised you when you thought all hope was lost, but the animal survived. Or how about your best or worst deer farming experience?
