What would you do with a pregnant doe that got in the fence and tore her front part of her leg open and her skin is hanging there? She seems to be doing fine just limping around a little.

I think i would leave her be and keep an eye on her.Mabey get her into a smaller pen if possible.If its just the skin i think she will clean it up herself and will be fine but when she calms down check for any broken bones.With warm weather bugs might be an issue and after she fawns you might have to knock her down to give some meds and clean her up. I agree with four seasons, keep an eye on it...if a lot of flys are present and the wound didnt close or dried up ... Your next step would be to dart her .... But i really do think it will heal on its own . Good luck !!!
