Doe vomiting

I have a doe that is vomiting quite a lot. Her weight is a little on the thin side, but not bad and she has a beautiful thick coat. Droppings are normal. She is acting normal except for the throwing up and she seems to always be hungry. It seems like it is more liquid semi-digested material rather than just swallowed food. This spring, she dropped twins and was very thin with hollowed out sides. Seemed like it took her longer than normal to pass placenta. I gave her a vitamin supplement and wormed her. Everything cleared up and she put on weight. Now, the last few weeks she is throwing up. No other symptoms I can see. Any ideas?

I have a doe fawn puking too but it’s always right after she eats. Took her to vet and the x-ray results showed a foreign object in her rumen. Vet advised against surgery so I’ve just be been giving her probiotics and keeping my fingers crossed.
