We have deer get these from time to time, not only on their face but around their body. It should open up on it's own after a while and drain itself. We do not treat them but you could dart her with some antibiotic if you are worried. When it does drain, watch for flies and maggots around it. You may have to somehow get some Catron or other long lasting fly repellant on her at that time.
