Drying up Naval Cord?

We have a three day old fawn that's naval cord is sticking out about 3/4 inch and still has fluid in it. You can push it in or out alittle. It needs to be dried out and sealed off. How do go about that????????
 
Jay Don. bout time you get those girls going...... Have you used any iodine? We have used dental floss to tie off the cord closer to the belly. Let us know how it turns out. Good luck. mp
