What is yall's opinion of the EHD Vaccination for sale by the Missouri Whitetail Breeders and Hunting Ranch Association?

we use it on every deer in Louisiana and I know it helps. It will not prevent all ehd symptoms but you will save a lot more deer. I would not have a deer in my pens without the vaccine. Bill Pittinger and his group spent a lot of time and money developing this vaccine and we all have benefitted from their work. Thanks to them.

Cameron, i live here in missouri and i know forsure it works great. A few years ago EHD hit the country hard. I have a hunting preserve that lays right against my breeder pens. We vacinated the breeder herd for the first time the year the vaccine came out and was dragging deer out of the fields in the preserve twenty yards from my breeder pens. I lost alot of sleep worrying but in the end i didn't lose a deer to EHD in my breeder pens. We lost close to a third of the unvacinated herd in the preserve. Hopefully that answers your question..
Cameron, you will not go wrong using the vaccine. Like posted before, it may not save all of them but it will make a big differrence. Good luck

we use it religously on fawns and adults it helps alot.i think we give 200.00 for a 50 ml bottle sounds high but a cheap insurance policy!
We've used it for the last 3 years here in Illinois and so far no EHD on the farm, but there have been dead deer found out in the wild all around us. Rick
