My guess would be "Lumpy Jaw" (Fuso). If you do a search on this website you will see how to treat. Most people use Nuflor or Draxxin for Fuso. Pics would help out a lot in these situations.

I know that Draxxin is a 7 day antibiotic but when it comes to Fuso you have to be more aggressive with it. If I recall people were re-dosing every other day or every 3 days. There is a thread on here where they explained exactly what they did. I just know they had to give it more than just once. I would try and get my hands on some of that Nuflor Gold. I'm pretty sure you have to get from Vet. I think it is the combination of the two drugs together that kills that Fuso.
